We offer two convenient payment methods for your portable WiFi rental:
Upfront Payment via PayPal:
You can choose to pay in advance using your credit or debit card through PayPal.
Once your booking is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to you via email, where you can securely complete the transaction.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which you can present upon pickup or delivery of the WiFi modem.
Pay on the Spot:
You also have the option to pay directly upon arrival at Bali Airport or during delivery to your hotel.
Important: For the pay on the spot option, it is mandatory to confirm your booking with us after placing it to secure your WiFi modem.
Once you confirm, we will send you a booking confirmation email. Please print or show this confirmation at pickup or delivery to complete the payment and receive your WiFi modem.
Deposit Information:
A $50 / €50 deposit is required when you pick up the WiFi modem. This deposit will be refunded once you return the modem in good condition.
Please Note:
For bookings without confirmation after choosing the pay on the spot option, we cannot guarantee WiFi modem availability, and your reservation may be canceled.
The booking confirmation must be shown upon pickup or delivery to proceed with payment and modem collection.
The $50 / €50 deposit will be returned once the WiFi modem is handed back in good condition.
We require a $50 / €50 deposit when you rent our portable WiFi to ensure the security of the device. This deposit acts as a guarantee that the modem will be returned in good condition after use. Since the modem is a valuable piece of equipment, the deposit helps cover any potential damages or loss during the rental period. Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded to you upon return of the device in its original condition, making it a simple and secure process for both parties.
You can easily book your portable WiFi online through our website. Choose your rental duration (5, 10, 15, or 20 days) and select your delivery/pickup option. We'll handle the rest!
You can make your payment using PayPal (Credit or Debit card) or choose the Pay On The Spot option upon arrival at Bali Airport. If you choose to pay on arrival, you must complete the booking (Book Now Pay Letter) and then confirm with us after booking to ensure your reservation is secured.
We offer free delivery and pickup at Bali Airport or to your hotel in Kuta, Legian, or Jimbaran. Just let us know your preference when booking.
Yes, there is a $50 / €50 refundable deposit required as a security for the modem. The deposit will be returned when you return the modem in good condition.

If you use up the initial 12GB of high-speed data, the internet speed will be reduced. However, you can purchase additional data to continue enjoying fast internet.
You can contact our customer support team to arrange an additional data package. We'll provide a payment link, and once the payment is complete, your extra data will be added.
If the modem is lost or damaged, unfortunately, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Please take care of the device to avoid losing the deposit.
