Our driver will usually wait for you in front of the Circle K Mini Market, located outside the international arrivals terminal at Ngurah Rai Bali Airport, holding a sign with your name. If you do not have an internet connection upon arrival and cannot contact us or the driver, head to Circle K after exiting the arrivals gate to easily meet the driver. • Delays Beyond 2 Hours Without Notice
  If you arrive more than 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, the driver may no longer be available.

• Upfront Payment Required
  All payments must be completed online via PayPal before your transfer. We do not accept cash or “pay on site” payments.

• Driver Waiting Time
  Your driver will wait at the arrivals gate for up to 2 hours after your flight lands. If there are any delays, please notify us in advance to avoid additional charges or cancellations.

• Vehicle Capacity
  Each vehicle accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers and their luggage. If your group is larger or has excessive luggage, please arrange additional transport beforehand.

• Toll Fees
  Toll road fees are not included in the price. If you prefer using toll roads, be prepared to cover those fees in cash.

• Booking Confirmation

• No Smoking Policy
  For the comfort of all passengers, smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed.

• Refund and Cancellation Policy
