Payment Details for Watching Dolphin Lovina

We offer two convenient payment methods for your Watching Dolphin Lovina bookings:

Upfront Payment via PayPal:

• You can choose to pay in advance using your credit or debit card through PayPal.
• Once your booking is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to you via email, where you can securely complete the transaction.
• After successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket via email, which you can present at the tour check-in.

Pay on the Spot:

• You also have the option to pay directly to the ground staff in cash (Rupiah) once you are on the boat. A staff member will collect the payment before the tour begins.
• Important: For the pay on the spot option, it is mandatory to confirm your booking with us after placing it to secure your reservation.
• Once you confirm, we will send you a booking confirmation email. Please show this confirmation to the staff member to proceed with the payment.

• Early Morning Departure: The dolphin watching tour starts early, around 6:00 AM, to catch the dolphins during their most active time. Be prepared for an early wake-up call! ⏰

• Weather Conditions: The tour is weather-dependent, and while dolphin sightings are frequent, they are not guaranteed. If the weather is unsuitable, we will reschedule or provide a refund. 🌧️

• Snorkeling Option: If you’ve booked the snorkeling package, bring your swimwear and towel. Snorkeling gear is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred. 🐠

• Cash Payment: For those choosing the pay on the spot option, make sure to bring cash in Rupiah to complete the payment on the boat. No card payments are accepted on the boat. 💵

• Limited Facilities: There are limited facilities on the boat, so come prepared with essentials such as sunscreen, a hat, and personal items. 🧴🕶️

• Hotel Pick-up: If you’ve booked our hotel pick-up service from South Bali or Ubud, ensure you’re ready at the agreed time to avoid delays. 🚐

• Camera and Photography: Don’t forget to bring your camera or phone to capture the dolphins and stunning Lovina sunrise. 📸

• Respect the Environment: Please avoid littering and help us protect Lovina’s marine environment. ♻️

• Swimming with Dolphins: If you’ve chosen the swimming package, remember that dolphins are wild animals, and swimming with them is done in a respectful and responsible manner under the guidance of our team. 🐬

• Travel Insurance: It’s always a good idea to have personal travel insurance in place for unexpected situations.

• Swimwear & Towel: If you plan to snorkel or swim with dolphins, make sure to bring your swimwear and a towel. 🩱🩳

• Sunscreen & Hat: Protect yourself from the sun with high-SPF sunscreen and a hat for extra shade. ☀️🧢

• Sunglasses: Bring sunglasses to shield your eyes from the bright sunlight reflecting off the water. 🕶️

• Smoking on the Boat: Smoking is not allowed on the boat to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all passengers. 🚭🚤

• Bringing Pets: Pets are not allowed on the boat to avoid disturbing the wildlife and ensuring the safety of other guests. 🐾❌

• Feeding the Wildlife: Feeding dolphins or other marine life is prohibited to preserve their natural diet and behavior. 🐟🚫
