Please note that we only accept payments through PayPal in  $ AUD (Australian Dollar). If you wish to make a payment using US Dollars (USD), please contact us or you can Visit www.heybali.info in advance so that we can send you an invoice and a payment link for the transaction in USD.

We will provide the applicable exchange rate when you reach out to us, ensuring a smooth payment process.

At Jemari Bali, all payments made via bank transfer must be directed to a single account under PT HEY TIMUR INDONESIA at Bank Mandiri. We emphasize that Jemari Bali is not responsible for any transactions made to accounts other than the one officially listed.

  2. International Transfers: If you are transferring from a foreign bank account, please ensure you allow sufficient time for the funds to be transferred into our account. International transfers can take several business days to process, so plan accordingly.

  3. Timing for Tours/Activities: Bank transfers are not suitable if you are booking a tour or activity that is scheduled to take place within less than one week. This is because the processing time may delay the receipt of your payment, which can affect your booking.

At Jemari Bali, we offer a Pay on the Spot option for selected travel packages and activities. This payment method allows you to make your payment directly at our office or upon arrival at the designated location for your tour or activity.

  1. Flexibility: You don’t need to pay upfront when booking, giving you more flexibility in managing your travel finances.

  2. Convenience: Pay when you arrive, ensuring a smooth transaction and peace of mind as you won’t need to handle online payments in advance.

  3. Secure Transactions: Payments can be made in cash or through other available methods at the location, depending on what is supported at the time.

How to Use Pay on the Spot:

  1. Select the Pay on the Spot Option: During the booking process, simply choose “Pay on the Spot” as your preferred payment method, if available for your selected package.

  2. Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you are required to contact and confirm your booking with us. If no confirmation is made, we will not process your booking. It is essential to reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving your booking confirmation.

  3. Voucher Issuance: After you contact and confirm with us, we will provide you with the necessary details and issue a voucher. This voucher serves as proof of your confirmed booking and must be presented to the operator at the location when making your payment.

  4. Payment at Location: When you arrive at the activity location or our office, present the voucher to the operator and complete the payment before the tour or activity begins.

Please note, the voucher is mandatory for your payment and serves as a confirmation of your booking. Without this confirmation and voucher, your booking will not be processed.
