How to Purchase a Bali SIM Card Or eSIM on Hey Bali
Step 1: Visit the Website
Go to the Jemari Bali website.
Step 2: Choose Your Product
Navigate to the “SIM Card” or “eSIM” section of the website. Browse through the available options and select the package that best suits your needs (e.g., data limit, validity).
Step 3: Add to Cart
Click on the desired SIM card or eSIM package to view the details. Once you’re satisfied, click the “Add to Cart” button.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Click on the shopping cart icon to review your selected items. Ensure that everything is correct, including the quantity and product type.
Step 5: Provide Personal Information
During checkout, enter your personal information, including your name, email address, and contact number.
Step 6: Provide Flight Details
In the comments section during checkout, please provide your flight details, including your arrival time in Bali. This information is essential for the delivery of your SIM card at the airport and for eSIM activation, as we need to activate your eSIM at least 2 hours before your arrival to ensure it remains active for 30 days.
Step 7: Complete Payment
Choose your preferred payment method. You can pay via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash payment upon pickup. If you select cash payment (only for SIM cards), you must choose “Book Now” and “Pay Later.” Additionally, you will need to send your passport and phone’s IMEI number via chat or email to Hey Bali after you receive the booking confirmation email.
Step 8: Confirmation of Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. For eSIMs, the barcode will be sent to you after we confirm receipt of your payment via email or WhatsApp.
Step 9: Pick Up Your SIM Card or Activate Your eSIM
If you selected airport pickup, go to the designated area at Ngurah Rai Airport to collect your SIM card. For eSIM, scan the QR code sent to you to activate it on your device.
